Policies
Payment
- Payment for a month of lessons is due on the 1st of that month or at the first lesson. For example, if you are having four 30 minute lessons in April, you will pay $64 on April 1st.
- You do not have to pay for a lesson if you know in advance that you cannot be there.
- How to pay: by cash, through PayPal (cb@cassandrabryant.com), set up bill pay through your bank, or by check made payable to Cassandra Bryant.
- Not paying on time may mean that I cannot give another lesson until I have received full payment.
Rescheduling/Cancellations:
- Lessons can be rescheduled or made up when I have been notified in a reasonable amount of time before the lesson. For scheduling conflicts, I need to know at least 1 day before the lesson. For sickness and family emergencies, I need to know before or even during the lesson time – not after (unless it is an extreme circumstance).
- No call/no shows will not be rescheduled. Notifying me after the lesson will also not get rescheduled.
Practice
Students must practice between lessons and fill out a practice sheet. Parents must initial for each practice session.
